Find the One #1 Business Process That Works for Your Company

 

Which one method is your #1 method? The simple answer, it’s the one you choose.  In almost every industry from the health and fitness, to business or personal success and growth you will find “Tips for more…”, “Keys to better…”, or “Improve by doing…” books.  

 

Often most of these can be simplified into just a few key ideas or components.  Health and fitness is actually the simplest…if you want to lose weight and improve your health, here is a one sentence book:” Eat good foods, eat less calories, exercise more”.   Sure, there are hundreds (or even thousands) of books about what foods are considered “Good”, and which exercise is “Best”, but when it comes down to it, it’s pretty simple.  Choose an eating style (Often referred to as a “Diet”) that works for you, for your family, for your work life, that works for you.  Sure, there are a few rogue diets that are just plain unhealthy, but for the most part picking and sticking to a common-sense nutrition plan will give you the results you desire.

Can you access your prior notes/histories for your existing customers or prospects, and know critical next steps to close more business?  Access your pipeline? Review your calendar?
